Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Makati for a Head of Operations (Furniture). The Head of Operations will oversee daily operations, installation scheduling, inventory control, logistics, and customer service to ensure operational excellence. The role involves developing and implementing strategies to optimize business processes, and ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality products. The Head of Operations will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business goals, monitor key performance indicators, and maintain compliance with company standards.

  • Logistics, and Inventory Management
  • Operations Strategy, Process Optimization,
  • Key Performance Monitoring, and Problem-Solving skills
  • Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the high-end furniture industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
