About The Role
As a Projects and Systems Head, you will support the development and project improvement of the Group, identify business needs, develop solutions and support the successful implementation of projects within the organization.

As a Projects and Systems Head, you will support the development and project improvement of the Group, identify business needs, develop solutions and support the successful implementation of projects within the organization.
How you’ll contribute

  • Assist in gathering, documenting and analyzing business requirements for new projects / enhancements and process improvements.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns and insights that can support decision-making and business performance.
  • Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and contributing to the development of recommendations for process or system enhancements.
  • Contribute to effective communication and collaboration between business stakeholders, technical team and third-party vendors to ensure project alignment.
What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies/Administration/Computer Science/Management or equivalent
  • Must have at least 5 years of relevant experience in project management and systems management, preferably also from banking or fintech industry
  • Has wide understanding of different areas of CASA/Payroll business and technical product features
  • Experience in requirements analysis, definition and documentation as well as UAT and implementation support of simple to medium-complex, business-as-usual (BAU) projects
  • Should have good strategic thinking skills
  • Strong organizational skills
