About The RoleAs a Projects and Systems Head, you will support the development and project improvement of the Group, identify business needs, develop solutions and support the successful implementation of projects within the organization.How you’ll contributeAssist in gathering, documenting and analyzing business requirements for new projects / enhancements and process improvements. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns and insights that can support decision-making and business performance. Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and contributing to the development of recommendations for process or system enhancements. Contribute to effective communication and collaboration between business stakeholders, technical team and third-party vendors to ensure project alignment.
