Core responsibilities

  • Candidate sourcing and outreach: Use various channels like job boards, social media, and professional networks to find and attract potential candidates.
  • Job advertising: Write and post job advertisements on relevant platforms to reach a wide range of applicants.
  • Application screening: Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements.
  • Candidate assessment: Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person or virtual interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications.
  • Interview coordination: Schedule and manage all aspects of interviews for shortlisted candidates.
  • Candidate communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates, provide feedback, and ensure a positive experience throughout the process.
  • Offer negotiation: Negotiate job offers with selected candidates.
  • Data management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in an applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Talent pipeline development: Build a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Reporting: Provide recruitment progress updates and reports to managers.
  • Onboarding support: Assist with onboarding new hires and processing necessary paperwork.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
