HR Recruiter

The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle to ensure the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent. This role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment databases, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage job postings and ensure roles are clearly and accurately described.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate documentation.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide updates and feedback.
- Assist in developing recruitment strategies to improve hiring efficiency and candidate quality.
- Collaborate with HR and department leads on workforce planning and onboarding processes.
- Represent the company at job fairs, recruitment events, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and online recruitment tools.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
