Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees most specifically recruitment of Kasambahay.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR 201 Files.
• Support employee relations efforts by responding to employee inquiries and concerns.
• Help organize and coordinate HR events such as training sessions, orientation, and team-building activities if needed.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Assist clients and applicants to our office about their concerns and directly report to your Immediate Superior.
• Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, memos, and HR reports if necessary.
• Monitor and maintain office supplies for the HR department and coordinate to the Main office about lacking supplies in the office.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
