DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Prepare and maintain employee records such as 201 files, contracts, and government documents.
  • Monitor daily time records, leaves, absences, and attendance using the company's timekeeping system.
  • Assist in processing government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and employee benefits.
  • Facilitate orientation and training for newly hired employees.
  • Help organize company events, employee engagement activities, and recognition programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
  • Assist in handling employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinate with payroll for attendance-related matters and other payroll inputs.
  • Perform other administrative or HR-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, or related fields
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
