What Awaits You in This Role

Be part of our client's team as a Learning and Development Specialist, where you will design, develop, and implement learning solutions that enhance employee growth and organizational capability. You will also manage end-to-end learning activities and ensure seamless administration of the Learning Management System.

What You'll Need to Bring

• 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to work Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) or Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT), 9:00 AM-5:30 PM
• Proven experience in instructional design and learning and development administration
• Proficiency in instructional design tools such as Articulate and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, AGES), and best practices in e-learning development
• Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) or LXP, with specific experience in Docebo highly desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to convey complex information clearly
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
• Confidence to respectfully challenge people and processes to drive better outcomes
• Creative mindset with desire to develop or explore new technologies and methodologies to enhance learning experiences
• Strong collaboration skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels

How You'll Make an Impact

Expectations & Tasks

• Craft innovative training assets to enhance organizational capability
• Support end-to-end management of learning activities
• Utilize instructional design tools such as Articulate
• Manage content through Learning Management Systems, specifically Docebo
• Develop, design, implement, and evaluate learning content that addresses capability gaps aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with senior enterprise capability leads to design multi-modal learning products for employees
• Provide administrative support for the LMS
• Serve as key point of contact for inquiries on learning offerings and systems

Job Responsibilities

• Support the Capability Specialist team with end-to-end project management of learning materials, including creation of detailed storyboards and interactive elements aligned to learning needs
• Design, develop, and curate instructional materials, including e-learning modules and interactive activities, using tools such as Articulate
• Manage, organize, and update content and resources within the Learning Management System (LMS) or LXP, specifically Docebo, ensuring accessibility and consistency
• Prepare and distribute training materials, such as blogs, short videos, tip sheets, and multimedia resources
• Manage the implementation of the REA Group Enterprise learning calendar, ensuring accurate meeting invites and proper allocation of learners
• Assist with data entry, track training metrics, and generate reports on training activities and participation
• Manage surveys and reporting for measurement of learning quality and impact, including dashboard reporting in collaboration with capability leads
• Manage user access, course enrolment, and troubleshooting within LMS/LXP and learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning
• Communicate training-related information, respond to inquiries, and coordinate training-related correspondence
