As a Data & Insights Analytics, you will provide insights on sales performance, develop dashboards, and deliver analysis that supports strategic decision-making. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to uncover opportunities, identify risks, and ensure data-driven outcomes that enhance business growth.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Advanced proficiency in Tableau for data visualization, dashboard development, and performance reporting - required.
• Strong command of SQL with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Google BigQuery for extracting, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Data and Analytics, preferably within Sales Performance, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights that drive commercial outcomes.
• Proven experience designing and delivering automated dashboards and analytical reports aligned with business KPIs.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or HubSpot.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Collaborative and adaptable, able to thrive in fast-paced and cross-functional business environments.
• Skilled in building relationships and influencing key stakeholders through data-driven storytelling.
• Proactive, solutions-focused, and curious, with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, capable of communicating insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Your Daily Tasks

• Deliver analysis and reporting on Sales performance to highlight best practices and identify risks
• Provide reporting on key performance metrics to optimize commercial outcomes and drive decisions
• Collaborate with Go to Market teams on stakeholder reporting and analytical support
• Provide insights and recommendations using dashboards and data sets
• Support sales, product, and marketing initiatives with ad hoc analysis
• Source complex data using a variety of tools and techniques
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for end users
• Provide trend analysis to draw out correlations and key insights
