Be part of our client's team as a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Developer, driving the enhancement and strategic evolution of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales platform. This hybrid role blends technical development and product management-translating business needs into effective solutions, managing backlogs, leading testing, and ensuring alignment with the organization's digital transformation strategy.

The Qualifications We Seek

We're after someone who is technically strong, solutions-focused, and passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes. You'll bring:

• 1 year proven technical development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Experience developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of CRM best practices, data governance, and user experience principles.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and managing product backlogs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results within agreed timelines.

Desirable:

• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform.
• Experience running CAB meetings or similar governance processes.
• Background in business analysis and/or change management.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Experience creating WalkMe content for guided user training.

Your Daily Tasks

Product Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.
• Manage the CRM product backlog, prioritizing enhancements and defect fixes based on business priorities.
• Lead regular Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings for CRM-related updates.
• Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders to define and improve user experience.
• Develop and maintain the CRM roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

CRM Development

• Design, configure, customize, and extend the Dynamics 365 Sales environment to meet evolving business requirements.
• Develop Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and other Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other business systems as needed.
• Manage environments, solutions, and deployments across development, testing, and production.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and change management standards.

Testing & Change Management

• Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features and system changes.
• Develop test scripts and facilitate training and knowledge transfer to end users.
• Collaborate with business analysts and project teams to assess change impacts.
• Promote adoption of new functionality through clear documentation and user training.

Continuous Improvement

• Monitor CRM performance and user satisfaction, identifying areas for enhancement.
• Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform updates to evaluate new opportunities.
• Provide second-level support for complex CRM issues.
