Job Description

As an Accountant, you'll play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely processing, and supporting reporting functions. You'll work closely with global teams, handle reconciliations, oversee accounts, and provide insights that strengthen decision-making and organizational growth.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 3 years of relevant experience
• Ensures accountability and delivers results
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent planning and alignment skills
• Collaborative and people-oriented
• Tech-savvy with a drive to optimize work processes

Your Daily Tasks

• Work positively with the finance support team to ensure timely and accurate processing
• Maintain strict adherence to company policies with the utmost integrity
• Stay highly organized to meet internal and external deadlines
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with global teams, suppliers, and clients
• Travel to Subic Bay offices regularly for training and support
• Review invoices for accuracy, coding, and authorization
• Prepare and process timely vendor payments and resolve payment queries
• Manage operator and supplier payments, ensuring proper reconciliation and cash flow tracking
• Review recurring invoices and control debtors' trial balances
• Review expense claims and reconcile debit card accounts weekly
• Prepare management reports with variance analysis
• Handle monthly reconciliations, journal entries, and intercompany balances
• Support statutory and audit requirements as needed
