Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will manage end-to-end HR functions-from recruitment and employee relations to compliance, engagement, and reporting-ensuring the workforce thrives while organizational goals are met.

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Day shift (6 AM - 3 PM, with a 30-minute grace period), Weekends Off

The Qualifications We Seek

• Undergraduate candidates are welcome to apply.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist with exposure to the full spectrum of HR functions.
• Proven success recruiting for Project and Program Management roles (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills.
• Positive, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset.
• Self-motivated and collaborative team player.
• Confident individual with strong presentation skills who is also coachable, willing to learn, and capable of handling the People and Culture Manager's responsibilities during her absence.

Your Daily Tasks

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, qualifying, and closing candidates.
• Provide support on employee relations and addressing workplace concerns.
• Contribute to employee engagement and retention strategies.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Conduct remuneration benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive and fair pay practices.
• Support workplace safety and wellness initiatives.
• Assist in training and development opportunities to support employee capability and growth.
• Prepare reports on headcount, turnover, and other HR metrics to inform decision-making.
