Job Description

As a Manager - Business & Tax Advisory, you'll provide expert Australian tax and accounting advice, manage a diverse portfolio of clients, and guide your team toward excellence. You'll play a key role in strategic decision-making, client relationship management, and professional mentoring across global engagements.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Strong technical knowledge and exposure to Australian taxation and accounting legislation and requirements.
• 8 to 12 years of experience working in a similar corporate or advisory environment.
• CPA license, particularly AU certifications, is a plus.
• Relevant tertiary or post-graduate qualification.
• Highly developed written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Initiative and creativity in designing innovative service delivery solutions.
• Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Proven knowledge and experience within your area of expertise.

Your Daily Tasks

• Provide Australian tax and accounting advice and solutions to small to medium-sized entities, family and privately owned businesses, trusts, partnerships, foreign subsidiaries, and small listed entities.
• Further develop technical expertise across Australian tax, accounting compliance, and business/tax advisory work for middle-market clients.
• Play a key role in client engagements through regular meetings, client presentations, and direct communication with senior leaders.
• Develop into a mentor to assist and guide junior team members while encouraging their continued professional development.
