What You'll Do

Be part of our client's team as a Risk and Resiliency Analyst, where you'll enhance enterprise risk and continuity programs, support compliance and audit initiatives, and work closely with leaders to strengthen cybersecurity resilience across the business.

What You'll Bring

Experience / Skills / Knowledge

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Continuity or Risk Compliance within the IT industry.
• Hands-on experience in Business Continuity programs, including Business Impact Analysis (BIA), continuity testing, and simulation exercises.
• Proven experience in first line, second line, or third line risk management, preferably with a focus on Technology Risk.
• Familiarity with or certification in Risk Management frameworks such as ISO 31000 or COSO.
• Proficiency in MS Office and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools.
• Strong business process analysis and improvement skills.
• Effective people management and leadership capabilities.

Your Impact Areas

Risk Management

• Develop and improve the risk management framework and system
• Support departments in identifying, documenting, and managing risks
• Contribute to risk management reporting for the Executive Leadership Team, Board, and Board Committees

Business Continuity Management

• Deliver the organization's Business Continuity program
• Maintain and update business continuity plans and documentation
• Conduct the annual Business Impact Analysis
• Oversee Recovery Time Objective (RTO) and Recovery Point Objective (RPO) assessments, including third-party assessments and technical disaster recovery testing
• Develop and facilitate business continuity desktop exercises, identifying gaps and opportunities to improve resilience
• Ensure remediation and closure of actions raised from business continuity activities
• Maintain the register of critical assets, strengthen the control environment, and improve overall security and resiliency

ISO and SOC Compliance

• Support activities to maintain current certifications and achieve new certifications as required
• Assist in gathering evidence and artifacts for audit engagements
• Support the closure of audit findings

Compliance

• Support compliance activities, including due diligence assessments related to Modern Slavery, business continuity, and risk management

Reporting

• Contribute to reporting for management, Audit and Risk Committee, and the Board
