Job Description
As an Accountant, you'll manage core general accounting functions, perform financial reconciliations, and prepare critical financial reports-all while ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Work setup: Hybrid - Makati (WFH on Mondays and Fridays; onsite Tuesday to Thursday)

The Qualifications We Seek
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of practical accounting experience, with strong focus on financial reporting and analysis
- Proven ability to maintain and update general ledgers and perform account reconciliations
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (required); familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (advantageous)
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients (preferred)
- Willingness to relocate to Guam for long-term employment
Your Daily Tasks
- General accounting and bookkeeping functions including, but not limited to, accruals, amortization of prepayments, and payroll entries
- Balance sheet and profit & loss accounts reconciliation
- Preparation and updates of subsidiary ledgers
- Preparation of financial statement reports
- Other duties as may be assigned by the Senior Accountant
