Job Opening: HR Officer
Location: Cebu City, Cebu
Work Setup: On-site
Compensation: PHP 30,000 – 40,000/month
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable HR Officer to manage core HR functions, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, policy implementation, and employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and Philippine labor laws
- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Support employee engagement, discipline, and retention initiatives
- Coordinate with management to address HR-related matters
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required (preferably in HR Management, Psychology, or related field)
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and HR operations
- Solid knowledge of DOLE guidelines and local labor laws
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
