What You'll Do
- Strategic HR Support – Align HR strategies with business goals, stay updated on HR trends, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Employee Relations – Serve as the go-to for performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
- Talent Development – Support training initiatives to enhance skills and foster career growth.
- Change Management – Guide HR-related initiatives during transitions to ensure smooth communication and employee alignment.
- Data-Driven HR – Use analytics to provide insights, improve workforce planning, and measure HR effectiveness.
- HR Operations – Manage onboarding, performance appraisals, HRIS updates, C&B, employee relations, and offboarding processes.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience, ideally in a BPO/outsourcing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels.
- Proven experience in handling multiple HR facets: onboarding, compensation & benefits, ER, performance management, and HRIS.
