About the Role:

We are urgently looking for a Human Resources Organizational Development (OD) Officer who will be responsible for driving the company's people development initiatives, ensuring organizational effectiveness, and aligning HR strategies with business goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in OD frameworks, competency building, culture transformation, and performance management — ideally within the construction or project-based industry.

Scope of Work:

Develop and implement organizational development programs, including competency frameworks, job leveling, succession planning, and talent management.

Design and facilitate training programs, employee engagement, and career development initiatives.

Review and enhance organizational structures, workflows, and manpower planning to improve operational efficiency.

Lead performance management system rollouts, including goal setting, coaching sessions, and evaluation reviews.

Conduct culture and climate assessments to support employee engagement and retention.

Partner with department heads to identify capability gaps and recommend HR interventions.

Support change management efforts and ensure alignment with company values and objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Organizational Development.

At least 3–5 years of experience in OD or HR Development roles.

Experience in construction, engineering, or project-based organizations is an advantage.
