Job Summary:

As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day HR functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. You will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and staff development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the full recruitment process including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and resolve any workplace issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Training & Development: Assist in creating and implementing employee training programs, focusing on enhancing skills and fostering career growth.
  • Performance Management: Support the performance review process and assist managers in setting performance goals and providing feedback to employees.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate HR records, manage employee files, and ensure all HR documentation is up to date.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payment processing and manage employee benefits.
  • Compliance: Ensure the company adheres to labor laws and industry regulations, keeping up with changes in policies or legislation.
  • Employee Engagement: Help promote a positive workplace culture and employee well-being through initiatives and activities.
  • Reporting: Prepare HR reports related to turnover, attendance, training, and other key metrics for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR , Fresh Graduate is also welcome
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and employment practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based role with an 8-hour work shift starting at 01:00 PM and ending at 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Occasional overtime may be required for special projects or events.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Php10, Php25,000.00 per month
