Work Hours: 01:00 PM to 8:00 PM (8-hour shift)

Job Summary:
As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day HR functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. You will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the full recruitment process including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and resolve any workplace issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Training & Development: Assist in creating and implementing employee training programs, focusing on enhancing skills and fostering career growth.
- Performance Management: Support the performance review process and assist managers in setting performance goals and providing feedback to employees.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate HR records, manage employee files, and ensure all HR documentation is up to date.
- Payroll & Benefits: Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payment processing and manage employee benefits.
- Compliance: Ensure the company adheres to labor laws and industry regulations, keeping up with changes in policies or legislation.
- Employee Engagement: Help promote a positive workplace culture and employee well-being through initiatives and activities.
- Reporting: Prepare HR reports related to turnover, attendance, training, and other key metrics for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in HR , Fresh Graduate is also welcome
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and employment practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Working Conditions:
- Office-based role with an 8-hour work shift starting at 01:00 PM and ending at 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Occasional overtime may be required for special projects or events.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Php10, Php25,000.00 per month
