HR Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records such as attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations.
- Administer government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and company-provided benefits.
- Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
- Support payroll preparation by ensuring timely and accurate employee data.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.At least 1–2 years of experience in HR functions (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply).
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficient in MS Office applications
