Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records such as attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations.
  • Administer government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and company-provided benefits.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
  • Support payroll preparation by ensuring timely and accurate employee data.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.At least 1–2 years of experience in HR functions (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply).
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
