About the role
Join the team as an HR and Facilities professional based in Cebu Central Visayas. This full-time position will see you play a key role in supporting the company's human resources and facilities management functions, contributing to the overall success and growth of the business.
What you'll be doing
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
- Oversee the facilities management of the office, including maintenance, procurement, and health and safety
- Coordinate and manage office operations, including reception, supplies, and administrative tasks
- Provide HR-related support and advice to employees and managers
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and processes
- Analyse HR data and metrics to identify areas for improvement
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR and/or facilities management role
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and labour laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using HR and office management software
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Passion for creating a positive employee experience
