We are currently seeking a dedicated HR Asr. The ideal candidate
must meet the following qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in HR preferably in administrative, facilities, or office operations work.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Sprout is an advantage.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supports the company's farm operations through various HR services
- Assist in monitoring the employee movement for new positions, replacements, or transfer
- Creates and Implements Employee Engagement activities and programs
- Oversee and Monitors Performance Management System
- Facilitates the timekeeping process
- Monitors payroll concerns and ensures resolution
- Oversees and ensures the end-to-end facilitation of due process in the Labor Relations system
- Assists in the implementation of corporate social responsibility and in-house training and development programs
- Recommends improvement and action that would enhance HR services to farm
- Performs other functions as may be required on a temporary basis. on a temporary basis.
