Job Description:
- Maintain updated and accurate records of purchase items and suppliers.
- Leading negotiations with suppliers and vendors. Build relationships with suppliers to ensure service and quality.
- Facilitating communications between external partners and organization stakeholders.
- Reviewing and executing contracts with supply and service partners.
- Conducting research of new suppliers and vendors to meet organizational demands.
- Performs other related duties and functions assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business and Operations Management or relative
- Minimum of 6 months professional experience in exhibition design or a related field
- Has solid knowledge in using Gsuite and supply chain management principles.
- Essential for managing multiple tasks, records and inventory effectively.
- With good connection and current pool of supplier in construction industry is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- With strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Willing to start asap and Amenable to report onsite in San Pedro, Laguna
