Admin Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the issuance of, tracking, and return of company assets such as mobile phones, SIM cards, laptops, and vehicles.
- Coordinate and process requests for vehicle and building maintenance.
- Purchase office supplies (Monthly)
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office equipment, fixtures, uniforms, and other assets.
- Oversee documentation and renewal processes for lease agreements and related contracts.
- Handle reimbursement process for communication, meals, and various expenses.
- Request/Procure office furniture, fixtures, and uniforms.
- Manage procurement of office supplies for the entire company, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Ensure timely processing and payment of utility bills and other recurring monthly expenses.
- Support the processing, renewal, and compliance of business permits and other regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 2 or 4 year course
- Proven experience as an Admin Assistant position is a plus but not required
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communications skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Reliable, team player, result oriented and highly trainable
- VERY STRONG multitasking ability and attention to detail
- Strong moral and ethical conduct keeping in line with HR best practices
- Residing near Del Rosario, San Fernando Pampanga
