Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the issuance of, tracking, and return of company assets such as mobile phones, SIM cards, laptops, and vehicles.
  • Coordinate and process requests for vehicle and building maintenance.
  • Purchase office supplies (Monthly)
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of office equipment, fixtures, uniforms, and other assets.
  • Oversee documentation and renewal processes for lease agreements and related contracts.
  • Handle reimbursement process for communication, meals, and various expenses.
  • Request/Procure office furniture, fixtures, and uniforms.
  • Manage procurement of office supplies for the entire company, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Ensure timely processing and payment of utility bills and other recurring monthly expenses.
  • Support the processing, renewal, and compliance of business permits and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 2 or 4 year course
  • Proven experience as an Admin Assistant position is a plus but not required
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Reliable, team player, result oriented and highly trainable
  • VERY STRONG multitasking ability and attention to detail
  • Strong moral and ethical conduct keeping in line with HR best practices
  • Residing near Del Rosario, San Fernando Pampanga
