Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor inventory and ensure timely procurement of office, maintenance, and property-related supplies.
  • Assist in managing property assets, maintenance schedules, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier contracts, and property-related transactions.
  • Support budget tracking, cost monitoring, and compliance with company purchasing policies.
  • Coordinate with building management, service providers, and internal departments for property and operational needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative, purchasing, or property management functions.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to work independently.
