Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with key retail accounts.
  • Develop and implement account management strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
  • Negotiate trade agreements and promotional programs with key retailers.
  • Ensure optimal product placement and promotion in key retail outlets, working closely with merchandising teams.
  • Monitor sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to key retail partners.
  • Prepare reports on account performance and sales activities.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and build relationships with key retail partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Strong understanding of the FMCG industry and its unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
