Job Summary:
The Operations Assistant helps in administrative needs for operations of all stores. The role ensures that operational and business standards are implemented and complied with. The role provides both operational and administrative support along with clerical tasks and logistics control that aid the daily business operations of the department.
Responsibilities:
Store Petty Cash Fund Replenishment
- Ensure that all petty cash vouchers and receipts has been checked and qualified for processing.
- Encodes and monitors the expenses for documentation and tracking purposes.
- All petty cash concerns should be addressed and accomplished on time.
- Processes the replenishment request using RFP Google form
- Sending updates to stores for the status of the replenishment request.
- Inform Store Sup / OIC once PCF Replenishment is credited.
Cash Advances, Liquidations and Reimbursements
- Processes the Opening and Closing of store funds
- Prepare PCR for Approved Business Travel Expenses
- Cash Advances for Monthly Internet load for Prepaid Modem
- Ensure that all liquidations are submitted on or before deadlines.
Marketing Support
- Support the delivery and implementation of all marketing campaigns, sales strategies and company initiative.
Admin Support
- Records and update Store Operations Directory
- Encodes Store Operations expenses in OPEX Log sheet
- Update Operations monitoring sheets / templates
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in Retail Store operations
- Bachelor's degree on Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Advance proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work under own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
