About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Operations/Trading Assistant to support our day-to-day foreign exchange (FX) operations. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth transaction processing, client servicing, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:


• Assist in processing FX transactions (buying and selling) and related documentation.


• Coordinate with clients to secure complete supporting documents as required by BSP Appendix M-5.


• Maintain accurate transaction records and files.


• Support the President and operations team in monitoring and reporting.


• Ensure strict adherence to internal compliance and operational controls.

Qualifications:


• Graduate of Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related course.


• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Microsoft Excel skills preferred
