The Service Operations Assistant will provide critical support in the execution of restaurant

service operations, with a focus on training, compliance monitoring, and

performance support. This role will contribute to the consistent delivery of exceptional

service across all locations by ensuring alignment with standards and assisting in the

implementation of training programs and service initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in restaurant operations, training, or quality assurance
  • Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards and guest experience best practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with reporting tools is an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • Willing to travel and conduct field work as needed
  • Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
  • Proven experience in Culinary Operations and Multi-Unit Store Management
  • Strong understanding of restaurant costing principles and recipe engineering
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Inventory systems
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Can work independently while collaborating effectively with different departments
