About the role

DN BETTER EARTH NEW ENERGY CORPORATION is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This full-time position will involve providing technical sales support and solutions to our clients in the renewable energy sector.

What you'll be doing

  • Identifying and generating new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and developing strong client relationships
  • Providing technical expertise and consultative selling to customers to understand their needs and propose tailored renewable energy solutions
  • Preparing detailed proposals, presentations, and technical documents to secure new business
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with the engineering, project management, and operations teams to deliver solutions
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the renewable energy market, industry trends, and competitor offerings
  • Achieving individual and team sales targets by proactively managing the sales pipeline

What we're looking for

  • BS Electrical Engineering or other related courses
  • Experience in technical sales, preferably in the renewable energy industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex renewable energy systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage and influence customers
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to provide tailored solutions
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, certifications, and standards
