Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals in response to RFQs.

  • Participate in the bidding process, ensuring compliance with requirements and timely submission.

  • Provide product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients.

  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quotations and technical specifications.

  • Prepare cost estimates, pricing, and technical documentation for projects.

  • Support sales activities by providing pre-sales technical expertise.

  • Attend client meetings, site surveys, and project briefings.

  • Assist in project handover to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate records of proposals, quotations, and sales activities.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies in audiovisual and related

fields.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, project management, and procurement) to ensure

alignment on client requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all proposals and bids.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Computer Engineering (CpE) or Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE).

  • Knowledgeable in Audiovisual systems and related technologies.

  • Experience in preparing proposals, RFQs, and bidding documents.

  • Strong technical presentation and communication skills.

  • Ability to analyze client needs and provide effective technical solutions.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related business tools.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under deadlines.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in sales engineering, pre-sales, or technical support.

  • Familiarity with government or corporate bidding processes.

  • Strong background in AV integration, IT, or related fields.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
