About the role

MVA Power Systems Development Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong customer relationships within the local market. As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will leverage your technical expertise and sales acumen to provide tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Actively prospect, build, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Understand customer requirements and propose technical solutions that address their needs
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop customized product offerings and innovative solutions
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities
  • Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Preferred 3 years of experience in a technical sales or account management role preferably with experience in handling and selling Generator Sets
  • Proven track record of successfully selling complex technical solutions to B2B customers
  • Strong understanding of the local power systems market and industry regulations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reports Directly to Sales Manager for daily activity and sales forecast for the month
  • Willingness to travel in or out of the region to meet with customers
