As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving business growth by managing the sales cycle from end to end. You'll prepare technical proposals, estimate project costs, and represent our services to both new and existing clients. Your technical expertise and communication skills will help ensure alignment between client needs and our solutions.

Qualifications

  • Engineering graduate, preferably a licensed engineer (board passer)
  • Experience in sales, business development, or technical account management
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Willingness to conduct site visits and client meetings when necessary

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project costings and technical proposals
  • Expand the company's services in Engineering Works, Project Management, and Property Management
  • Conduct product/service presentations to potential clients
  • Coordinate with the Sales Manager on strategies and project execution
  • Participate in bidding processes and prepare documentation
  • Negotiate and close sales deals with favorable terms
  • Perform prospecting activities: cold calls, lead generation, and follow-ups
  • Maintain strong client relationships across technical and managerial levels
  • Conduct site surveys and gather data to support proposals and scoping
