About the Role:

We are seeking a Sales Engineer to lead our sales team and drive the growth of our wholesale business in electric wires, equipment, and related products. This role blends technical expertise, business development, and team leadership. You will oversee key client relationships, mentor the sales team, and ensure that our solutions align with customer needs and market demand.

This is a hands-on leadership role—not just about strategy, but also execution.

What You'll Do:

Sales & Business Development

Build and maintain relationships with key clients in construction, electrical, and industrial sectors.

Collaborate with technical and operations teams to deliver tailored product solutions.

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and market segments.

Technical Sales Support

Provide product demonstrations and technical guidance to clients.

Stay updated on product specs, compliance standards, and customer applications.

Train the sales team on new technologies and product offerings.

Leadership & Strategy

Lead and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed targets.

Create sales plans aligned with company goals and market trends.

Promote a high-performance, collaborative team culture.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred).

Job Type: Full-time
