LEC STEEL MANUFACTURING CORP.' is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with our valued customers. What you'll be doing

  1. Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities within a designated territory
  2. Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
  3. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to secure new business
  4. Manage and nurture existing customer relationships to drive repeat business
  5. Collaborate with the wider sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  6. Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives
  7. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline management

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of success in a sales engineer or technical sales role, preferably within the manufacturing industry
  2. Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex products and solutions
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  4. Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills
  5. Degree in Engineering, Technical Science, or a related field
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
  7. Willingness to travel within the designated territory as required
