Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Quezon City for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will handle day-to-day tasks that include providing technical support, engaging in customer service, and driving sales efforts. Responsibilities involve understanding customer requirements, proposing suitable solutions, demonstrating technology, and maintaining client relationships to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support expertise
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
  • Experience in the water quality or environmental monitoring industry is an advantage
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
