Position Overview:

The Sales Engineer is responsible for promoting and selling the company's products and services by combining technical knowledge with sales skills. The role involves engaging clients, preparing proposals and presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure that client requirements are effectively met.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Engineering course.
  • With a minimum of six (6) months experience in the sales industry.
  • Must be proactive, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and develop technical presentations to effectively explain the company's products or services to clients.
  • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to understand client requirements and provide appropriate technical and sales support.
  • Generate high-quality sales leads, follow up after initial contact, secure and renew contracts, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
  • Research, develop, and modify services to align with clients' technical needs and requirements.
  • Solicit and document client feedback to help develop new sales and marketing strategies.
  • Identify areas for improvement and communicate potential solutions to management.
  • Set and achieve sales goals and quotas in line with company objectives.
