About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented General Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. This is an office-based position, ideal for someone who is organized, has excellent communication skills, and is eager to learn. Prior experience with Xero or accounting software is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a General Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, Virtual Admin or any similar administrative role
  • Proficient in using Xero for bookkeeping and invoicing tasks
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple inboxes and maintain professional email etiquette
  • Strong calendar management and scheduling skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
