ADMIN VIRTUAL ASSISTANT (XERO REQUIRED)
Location: Angeles City

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Virtual Assistant with solid experience in Xero to support our client’s business operations. You will play a crucial role in managing administrative and financial tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities
Perform daily administrative support including scheduling, email correspondence, and data entry
Manage financial tasks in Xero: invoicing, bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable & expense tracking
Assist with client communication via phone, email, and online messaging platforms
Maintain organized document and record-keeping systems
Prepare reports and ensure business and financial data accuracy
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support operations
Provide other general VA support as needed to enhance workflow efficiency

Qualifications
Proven experience as an Admin VA / Virtual Assistant / Administrative Assistant
Strong and hands-on experience with Xero (required)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in administrative and bookkeeping tasks
Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work independently
Tech-savvy and proficient with cloud-based tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, etc.)
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills

Preferred
Experience working in the construction industry (a plus but not required)
Previous support role with international clients or teams
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, etc.)
