Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations and communication with assigned key accounts.
  • Develop and execute account plans to meet sales targets and business objectives.
  • Analyze sales trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and execution of promotions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional deals within approved guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels, forecasts, and customer service performance.
  • Provide regular reports on account performance and market insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or key account management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
