What You'll Do
  1. Safeguard financial accuracy and compliance by ensuring the integrity, timeliness, and reliability of records and reports—supporting management in making sound, data-driven business decisions while meeting regulatory and policy requirements.
  2. Lead efficient closing processes by driving seamless month-end and year-end reporting, working closely with Finance, Logistics, and other departments to deliver accurate results and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
  3. Champion process improvements by recommending and implementing initiatives that streamline workflows, enhance financial analysis, and optimize accounting systems—contributing to greater operational efficiency and long-term organizational growth.
  4. Develop people and drive strategic projects by mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative culture, and taking part in special assignments that encourage innovation, professional development, and leadership growth.

What We're Looking For
  • Graduate of BS in Accountancy, CPA required.
  • At least 5 years of solid accounting experience, with supervisory exposure (manufacturing industry background preferred).
  • Proven experience in handling special projects or assignments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large data sets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
  • Effective leadership, people management, and organizational skills.
  • A growth mindset—open to feedback, eager to learn, and ready to take on challenges.
