Job Summary:

The Key Accounts Associate is responsible for managing and supporting client accounts, ensuring smooth coordination of orders, deliveries, and payments. This role involves maintaining strong relationships with partner groceries, convenience stores, and distributors while monitoring product movement and helping achieve overall sales targets. The Key Accounts Associate serves as a vital link between clients and the company's internal teams to ensure excellent service and consistent product availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain good working relationships with assigned client accounts.
  • Coordinate and process orders from clients, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.
  • Monitor stock availability, pricing, and order fulfillment in coordination with warehouse, logistics, and accounting teams.
  • Conduct regular store or client visits to check on product displays, shelf stocks, and compliance with promotions.
  • Assist in implementing marketing or promotional activities within assigned accounts.
  • Track product performance, sales movement, and account performance.
  • Prepare reports, order summaries, and client updates as required.
  • Address and resolve client concerns in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Support the Business Development Manager and the Sales Team in meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any business-related course preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or merchandising (preferably in FMCG or food and beverages).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple accounts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications.
  • Willing to travel and conduct regular client visits.
