DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meet with direct accounts to discuss the needs and to evaluate the quality of the company's relationship with them.
  • Provide necessary support to maintain and improve accounts.
  • Responsible for generating volume forecast and ensuring delivery on a timely and accurate basis.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans for the assigned market and territory.
  • has experience of handling Watsons account

Distribution

  • Achieve 100% performance in assigned distribution target.
  • Responsible in expanding area and products assortment.
  • Responsible in opening new accounts.

Collection

  • Ensure healthy Receivables/Collections.
  • Ensure monthly hanging balances clean up.
  • Responsible in maintaining DSO-Days Sales Outstanding based on company direction.
  • Close coordination with accounting department regarding documents to secure.

Strategic Plans

  • Conceptualize and implement effective programs and plans in area development with cost to sales consideration.
  • Close coordination with Marketing regarding brand directions.
  • Responsible for developing brand performance per SKU and per chain.

Reports

  • All the necessary sales reports.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, and/or any related course/field.
  • At least 3-5  years of working experience as a Key Account Manager in an FMCG industry.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager
  • Proven track record in managing operations WATSON & SM GROUP
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Can work with minimal supervision.
  • People-oriented and result-driven.
  • Knowledgeable in marketing, sales strategy, and area familiarity.
  • Excellent leadership skills that can effectively build interpersonal relationships at all levels and departments internal and external entities.
