Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities, from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring timely and high-quality hires.

2. Talent Management

  • Collaborate with HR leadership to identify skill gaps and workforce development opportunities.
  • Support employee retention and internal mobility by aligning recruitment strategies with talent development plans.

3. Client & Stakeholder Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients to understand hiring needs and business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service quality.

4. Team Leadership & Process Improvement

  • Supervise, mentor, and coach a team of recruiters to meet performance goals and maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years on a supervisory and handling a team.
  • Proven experience in talent management and client relationship handling.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Work Setup: Onsite, Sugartowne Homes, Filinvest 2 Road, Batasan Hills, Quezon City.
