Job Description:

  • Develops and executes strategies that will enhance employer branding and increase candidate applications
  • Designs and implements better recruiting procedure to Ensure more qualified applicants to meet current and future needs of the Organization
  • Do sourcing, interviewing, testing processes
  • Do applicant tracking system and database maintenance
  • Keeps updated on labor laws and informs HR Manager and deputies on changes in labor laws
  • Amplifies Job advertisement on-line e.g., Indeed, Facebook and social media platforms
  • Builds relationship with PESO Barangay, Schools, Professional Associations and other partners
  • Monitors and keeps track of recruitment metrics
  • Prepares weekly recruitment reports to monitor and assess numbers of candidates that applied and the number of candidates that were deployed
  • Ensures well defined and complete job description of positions to be fulfilled.
  • Performs other relevant/necessary tasks are instructed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as Recruitment Supervisor for at least 2 years both on supervisory and technical aspect
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Able to consistently meet deadlines and thrive under pressure
  • Skilled in candidate relations and tracking system and database
  • Effective oral and written communication
  • Knowledgeable on Philippine Labor Code
  • Familiar with social media and other professional networks
  • Attentive to details and numbers
  • Professional, respectful and patience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Recruiting: 5 years (Required)
