
Recruitment Supervisor

Job Description:
- Develops and executes strategies that will enhance employer branding and increase candidate applications
- Designs and implements better recruiting procedure to Ensure more qualified applicants to meet current and future needs of the Organization
- Do sourcing, interviewing, testing processes
- Do applicant tracking system and database maintenance
- Keeps updated on labor laws and informs HR Manager and deputies on changes in labor laws
- Amplifies Job advertisement on-line e.g., Indeed, Facebook and social media platforms
- Builds relationship with PESO Barangay, Schools, Professional Associations and other partners
- Monitors and keeps track of recruitment metrics
- Prepares weekly recruitment reports to monitor and assess numbers of candidates that applied and the number of candidates that were deployed
- Ensures well defined and complete job description of positions to be fulfilled.
- Performs other relevant/necessary tasks are instructed.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as Recruitment Supervisor for at least 2 years both on supervisory and technical aspect
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Able to consistently meet deadlines and thrive under pressure
- Skilled in candidate relations and tracking system and database
- Effective oral and written communication
- Knowledgeable on Philippine Labor Code
- Familiar with social media and other professional networks
- Attentive to details and numbers
- Professional, respectful and patience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

- Bachelor's (Required)
