Recruitment Supervisor
Position Overview
The Recruitment Supervisor will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent in the automotive industry. This role involves managing recruitment strategies, supervising recruiters, and collaborating with department heads to meet staffing needs efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
- Forecast hiring needs based on workforce planning and industry trends.
Talent Acquisition
Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical, operational, and corporate roles.
- Build strong talent pipelines for critical automotive positions (engineers, technicians, sales, etc.).
Team Supervision
Lead and mentor recruitment staff, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Monitor recruiter performance and provide training where needed.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with HR and department managers to understand role requirements.
- Provide guidance on job descriptions, interview techniques, and selection processes.
Process Improvement
Streamline recruitment workflows to reduce time-to-hire.
- Implement technology-driven solutions (ATS, recruitment analytics).
Employer Branding
Promote the company as an employer of choice in the automotive industry.
- Represent the company at job fairs, campus events, and industry networking activities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive industry roles and skill requirements.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS systems, and social media sourcing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
