We're looking for a dedicated MEPFS BIM Modeler to join our dynamic team at Aidea Inc. This role supports our design and technical teams in developing 3D BIM models focused on Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Sanitary systems (MEPFS). You'll work on high-quality, global projects that align with Aidea's commitment to innovation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage 3D BIM models for MEPFS systems using Revit, Autodesk BIM tools, and other related software like Navisworks, Twinmotion, or similar.
  • Perform clash detection, coordination, and model updates based on team reviews and technical feedback.
  • Interpret and translate MEPFS design drawings and specifications into accurate and detailed BIM models.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other disciplines to ensure all systems are properly integrated within the overall design.
  • Follow BIM standards, project guidelines, and company workflows to deliver models that meet quality and schedule requirements.
  • Assist in updating documentation, schedules, and shop drawings for construction and coordination needs.
  • Ensure that the models comply with local building codes and project requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Industrial Technology, preferably with a major in Drafting or MEP-related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in MEPFS modeling using Revit, ArchiCAD or other BIM tools.
  • Proficient in Revit, Autodesk Navisworks, and ideally Twinmotion or similar visualization tools.
  • Strong understanding of MEPFS systems and building construction methods.
  • Experience in clash detection and BIM coordination is highly preferred.
  • Attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills.
  • Preferably residing in Pampanga or nearby location.
