We are looking for a Civil Engineer BIM Modeler (Structural) to join our client, a leading BIM Outsourcing company specializing in 3D modeling, 3D rendering, detailing, and BIM coordination. This role is ideal for licensed or trained Civil Engineers with strong skills in Revit and BIM applications, who are passionate about producing accurate, constructible 3D models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute projects in line with the VIATechnik playbook and BIM checklist standards.
  • Convert structural drawings into accurate Revit 3D models.
  • Develop physically constructible structural models suitable for execution on-site.
  • Perform clash detection and coordination with architectural and MEPF models.
  • Produce and review structural coordination drawings.
  • Convert point cloud scans into structural 3D models.
  • Prepare RFIs (Requests for Information) to clarify design and construction details.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and project instructions to ensure compliance.
  • Act as first-line quality control for structural outputs before submission.
  • Identify project issues (schedule, quality, productivity) and coordinate with Project Managers.
  • Support other BIM-related tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Licensed Engineer preferred but not required).
  • Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM-related tools.
  • Experience in structural modeling and detailing using Revit.
  • Basic knowledge of plan reading across disciplines (Structural, Civil, Architectural, and MEPF).
  • Familiarity with Navisworks for clash detection is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in solving technical challenges.
  • Willing to work on-site in Clark, Pampanga.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php26,000.00 per month
