Our client, a global BIM Outsourcing company specializing in 3D modeling, rendering, detailing, and BIM coordination, is looking for a BIM Modeler – Electrical. The ideal candidate is an Electrical Engineer (or related discipline) with strong Revit and BIM skills, able to deliver accurate, coordinated, and constructible models for international projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Convert electrical drawings into accurate Revit 3D models.
  • Perform clash detection and coordination with other disciplines (Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEPF).
  • Convert point cloud scans into 3D models.
  • Prepare RFIs (Requests for Information) for project managers.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and instructions to ensure successful project execution.
  • Act as first-line quality control, ensuring outputs meet client standards.
  • Identify and resolve project issues (schedule, quality, productivity) in coordination with Project Managers and Team Leads.
  • Perform other BIM-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related course.
  • Proficient in Revit and BIM-related software.
  • Basic plan reading knowledge across disciplines (Civil, Structural, Architecture, and MEPF).
  • Basic knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection.
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable to international project standards.
  • Willing to work in Clark, Pampanga

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php22, Php26,000.00 per month
