We are helping our client, a BIM Outsourcing company, hire a BIM Modeler – Mechanical & Plumbing. The company works with international clients and focuses on 3D modeling, rendering, detailing, and BIM coordination.

This role is for a Mechanical or Sanitary Engineer (or related course graduate) who has experience in Revit and BIM tools. You will create detailed 3D models, check for clashes, and help make sure designs are accurate and ready for construction.

Role Description

  • Converting drawings into Revit 3D models.
  • Creating constructible models that can be used in the field.
  • Doing clash detection and coordination with Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEPF teams.
  • Preparing coordination drawings and RFIs (Requests for Information).
  • Converting point cloud scans into 3D models.
  • Reviewing drawings and project instructions to check accuracy and completeness.
  • Acting as first quality control before outputs are submitted.
  • Helping the team solve issues related to schedule, quality, or productivity.
  • Supporting in other BIM-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, or related course.
  • Skilled in Revit and BIM software.
  • Can read basic plans in Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEPF.
  • Familiar with Navisworks (basic knowledge is okay).
  • Preferably with Pointcloud experience (not required).
  • At least 2 years' experience as a BIM Modeler (Mechanical/Plumbing).
  • Can start ASAP.
  • Open to work on morning or night shift.
  • Willing to work in Clark, Pampanga.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php22, Php26,000.00 per month
