We're looking for a BIM Structural Engineer who is passionate about building design, coordination, and structural innovation. In this role, you'll take part in creating high-quality structural models and documentation that bring architectural visions to life. You'll collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure projects are accurate, coordinated, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage structural BIM models and drawings using Revit or ArchiCAD.
  • Coordinate with architectural and MEP teams to ensure design accuracy and consistency.
  • Prepare and review structural plans, details, and documentation for various project types.
  • Perform quality checks on drawings and models to meet company standards.
  • Assist in design coordination meetings with internal teams and external consultants.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, engineering standards, and project specifications.
  • Support project engineers and architects in developing efficient design solutions.
  • Maintain organized project files and version control of BIM models.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Must be a Licensed Engineer (PRC Registered).
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in structural design and BIM documentation.
  • Proficient in Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar BIM software.
  • Strong understanding of structural systems, materials, and construction methods.
  • Good coordination skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with local and international building codes and standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork attitude.
